Shipping Information

At esupply, we’re proud to offer our customers FREE shipping on all orders! We’re committed to making your shopping experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible.


Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. Your order will be considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your delivery address. During busy periods, such as holidays, processing times may extend to up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on your location and begin once your order is dispatched. See below for our estimated delivery times:

  • 🇺🇸 United States: 5-10 business days
  • ✈️ International: 10-20 business days

Please note: During peak seasons, holidays, or in the case of customs inspections for international orders, delivery may take longer. These delays are outside of our control but will be minimized as much as possible.


Order Changes & Shipping Details
To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping details during checkout. If you notice any errors, email us at support@esupply.us within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, updates cannot be guaranteed after this timeframe.

For incomplete or inaccurate addresses detected by our system, we will contact you via email within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response within this time, your order may be canceled.


Delayed Delivery
While we work hard to ensure your package arrives on time, there may be unexpected delays due to factors outside of our control, such as:

  • Weather disruptions
  • Carrier transit issues
  • Address verification problems

We’ll keep you informed of any delays and assist in resolving issues quickly. However, esupply cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.


Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, we understand the frustration this can cause. While esupply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they’ve been handed over to the carrier, we’re here to help. Please contact us at support@esupply.us, and we’ll work with the carrier to locate your package or assist in filing a claim. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement as a goodwill gesture.
